The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Penwrite and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the AI in response to your prompts is considered your content, subject to the limitations of applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publication.

6. Payment Terms

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated
We may change our prices upon 30 days' notice
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
